It’s that time of year again when people start making their new years resolutions! This year, one of my resolutions is to become more frugal.

The holidays can be one of the most dreaded times of the year for singles. There are so many parties you may have to attend and if you don’t have a date you may not want to attend those parties. This year I decided to do something different and have my own party.
Although the holidays are a time of celebration it can also be a little stressful (and sometimes awkward) for the single guys and gals out there, especially for those older singles (ahem…ME!) . We want to celebrate and have a great time catching up with everyone just as much as you do but there are certain questions/topics you should be very careful talking about.
Thank you Ex-boyfriend! Thank you for making me learn how to stick up for myself and to love myself first. Thank you for showing me that no matter how bad someone hurts you or treats you, it is still possible to forgive.
The differences of what I learned in my thirties compared to my twenties.
Society makes us think that a women’s life doesn’t begin until you get married. I like to consider it just another chapter in my life and here is why.
Growing up, I had always thought that at this age I would be married with a couple of kids. Fast forward to my life now and I am obviously not any where close to where I thought I would be. Rather than sit and cry about it, I have decided to blog about it and my adventures on the way.
